Pastor Crutcher is a confident leader and courageous man whose greatest desire is to lift the least and live so that the world might see his good works and glorify the Father in Heaven. He is a born again Christian committed to the call to reach, teach and mature souls for Christ.
Pastor Crutcher is a life-long resident of Madison County. He was born and raised in a Christian Home. He and his family currently reside in Huntsville, Alabama. He is the Pastor of the Little Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Church (LICPBC), where he has served faithfully for thirty-five years.
Pastor Crutcher received his formal education in the Huntsville Madison County School System. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Alabama A&M University. He furthered his studies at the Huntsville Baptist Institute where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Religion. Believing in education, and having a desire to equip his people, led him to enroll at the Andersonville Baptist Seminary in Camilla, Georgia, where he received his Doctoral Degree in Theology.
He is a past member of the Board of Directors of Alabama A&M University. He is the past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Huntsville Airport Authority  and Board Member of the Huntsville Baptist Institute. He is also a member of the Greater Huntsville Interdenominational Ministerial Fellowship. He also served on a special committee to insure help for all children without healthcare throughout the State of Alabama.
As a spiritual leader of the LICPBC, Pastor Crutcher currently holds the position of Moderator for the Steadfast Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Association.
He is the proud husband of First Lady, Mother Joyce Crutcher, and a devoted father, grandfather, and father-in-law.
